Guangzhou Youyan Technology Co., Ltd. is a Guangzhou-based technology and commerce company with operating experience in lighting products and online marketplaces. Our team works across product information, marketplace operations, performance analysis, and advertising management.
We first developed our operations software for our own marketplace teams. After validating the core workflows in daily use, we began offering Spanwhale Commerce Hub on a limited, invitation-only basis to selected independent selling partners that need the same structured, account-based operational tools.

Spanwhale Commerce Hub is a browser-based operations platform designed for sellers managing one or more marketplace accounts. It centralizes authorized operational data while preserving a separate workspace and access boundary for each selling partner.
The initial release focuses on non-restricted operational data and does not require buyer names, shipping addresses, buyer communications, or other restricted customer personally identifiable information.

Pricing is provided by quote based on the number of authorized selling partner accounts, enabled operational modules, and required support. We do not charge a percentage of seller revenue and do not sell seller data.
The solution is unlisted and available only to selected sellers through direct onboarding and website-based authorization.
